There are a limited number of hotel rooms (20) at The Study available on a first come, first serve basis for 5/29 - 6/02. Prices are set at a group rate of $269 per night and individuals are responsible for all expenses. You MUST stay for the entire duration (5/29 - 6/02) in order to book these rooms - you will be responsible for paying the difference if you cannot stay the full time.
Reservations for the workshop room block (20 rooms) should be made by individual attendees by calling The Study hotel directly at 773.643.1600 or emailing reservations.chicago@studyhotels.com and referring to the Department Name (Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics) or Event Name (NextGen X-Ray Searches for Dark Matter Workshop). All rooms shall be available for check-in no later than 3:00 PM with a check-out time no earlier than 12:00 PM. Cancellation of a guestroom(s) must be made by 3pm CT 24-hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
