The Simons Observatory Summer Meeting, 2024 will be held at the Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics (KICP) in the William Eckhart Research Center (ERC) at the University of Chicago:

Shared Double Rooms and Single Rooms:

• Early check in available on 7-20 for those wishing to arrive on Saturday.
• Check-in will also be available on Sunday during the day.
• Check out can be done at any time, but no later than the morning of Saturday July 27th.
• Pricing: Shared Double Rooms - $509 | Single Rooms - $635

These rooms do have air conditioning. They share a common floor bathroom. Included is 1 pillow, 1 lightweight Blanket, 1 sheet set, and 1 towel per person.

To obtain access to you will need to provide the following to create ID cards in advance of your visit: (legal name, DOB, gender, and photo meeting the standards of the ID and Privileges Office). Special considerations/requests can me made by emailing gdrager@uchicago.edu.
